5e5 of Anti-Nectin-4 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1:25 dilution (4 μL stock solution in 100 μL FACS buffer) of PE-Labeled Human Nectin-4 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. NE4-HP2H4) and negative control protein respectively. PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).

Mouse Anti-Nectin-4 Antibody (Mouse IgG1) captured on CM5 chip via anti-mouse antibodies surface can bind Cynomolgus Nectin-4, His Tag (Cat. No. NE4-C52H4) with an affinity constant of 824 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
